This side table was a creative exploration of joining methods, expressed through a cube-based design. Each corner features a different type of joint, allowing me to examine both the structural and visual qualities of traditional and contemporary connections.

Assembling the piece required a high level of precision (there was no room for error) and it marked a key point in the development of my craftsmanship. The project offered valuable lessons in both technical making and material experimentation, deepening my understanding of how joinery can function as both a structural solution and a design statement.
